Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking a Donor Experience Coordinator to plan and execute fundraising events, coordinate volunteers, and support employee engagement activities. The role focuses on strengthening donor, community, and hospital relationships through detailed event logistics and sponsor management.

The position requires coordinating large and small events, managing timelines and budgets, and representing the Foundation professionally at community events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of event planning, nonprofit, hospitality, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and community events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the Foundation's signature fundraising events and smaller donor cultivation events.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and recognize volunteers and support committees.
• Assist with donor stewardship events and employee engagement activities.
• Support sponsorship fulfillment, benefits, signage, and communications.
• Maintain event records, budgets, invitations, and evaluations; collaborate with Foundation staff.
