PeaceHealth is seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to lead system-wide annual giving campaigns and the operational execution of direct mail, email, and digital appeals. This role sits within the Donor Engagement Team and focuses on donor data quality, schedule management, and collaboration with external vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in fundraising, business, communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of program coordination, direct mail or fundraising marketing experience.
• Experience in annual giving, donor development operations, email marketing, digital fundraising, and database management.
• Certified Fund Raising Executive is preferred.
• Strong experience with direct mail campaigns and coordinating email/digital fundraising.
• Experience using Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database.

Aufgaben

• Plans and coordinates system-wide annual giving direct mail campaigns, including schedules, audience selection, list preparation, creative development, approvals and production.
• Coordinates annual giving appeals through email and digital channels.
• Maintains accurate donor records in the donor database.
• Coordinates with external annual giving vendors regarding schedules, estimates, audience lists, data exchange, specifications, proofs, production, invoices and performance reporting.
• Collaborates with foundation teams, fundraisers, Philanthropy Communications and donor operations partners to gather content and execute initiatives.
• Compiles and reports on campaign performance metrics and shares insights with leadership to strengthen the donor pipeline.
• Coordinates operational activities for PeaceHealth’s Caregiver Campaign and related communications and reporting.
• Supports donor acquisition, renewal, re-engagement and stewardship activities through coordinated campaign execution.
