Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two to three years in development/communications or marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to write clearly and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual giving goals aligned with organizational strategy and donor portfolio needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate La Clinica’s annual giving program and donor outreach.
• Design annual giving calendar, appeals, digital campaigns, and donor recognition.
• Create donor experiences and stewardship activities to deepen connections with La Clinica’s mission.
• Support gratitude program, gift recognition, and related communications.
• Coordinate with Communications to ensure accurate messaging to partners.
• Lead sponsor solicitation and engagement for key events with corporate and foundation partners.
• Plan and execute community-focused events with internal and contracted staff.
• Assist Development Team with project design, partner engagement, and meeting coordination.
• Track donor activity and reporting in Raiser's Edge per procedures.
