Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Donor Relations Officer to lead its annual giving program and craft compelling donor communications. You will manage campaigns, collaborate with Marketing and Operations, and ensure timely acknowledgments that reflect our values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in copywriting and design conceptualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write donor communications, reports, and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to donors and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience with donor databases and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual giving program and campaign design.
• Manage annual fund solicitations and donor segmentation.
• Create engaging donor communications across mail, email, and web.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Stewardship teams.
• Oversee donor services and timely acknowledgments.
• Other duties as assigned.
