Job summary

Solid Ground in Seattle is seeking a Donor Engagement Specialist to design and advance supporter journeys that move community members from learning about Solid Ground's mission to taking action.

You will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, lead annual fundraising campaigns, and coordinate with Communications, Volunteer Services, and Programs to ensure outreach is relational, data-informed, and aligned with Solid Ground's values.
