Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks an Annual Giving Coordinator to support planning and execution of the Foundation's annual fund campaigns. You will manage day-to-day activities from appeals to grateful patient and employee giving, reporting to the Director of Annual Fund.

The role emphasizes coordination, donor outreach, and maintaining schedules and logistics to acquire new donors and foster loyalty, with a hybrid work arrangement and ongoing growth within a Mission-driven Foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2 years experience preferred in nonprofit fundraising, communications, sales, or a translatable role.
• Demonstrated organizational, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Familiarity with donor CRM/database is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers annual giving campaigns; manages workflows, schedules, deliverables, and communications.
• Collaborates with the Director of Annual Fund on appeals and programs (direct mail, digital, grateful patient, employee giving).
• Prepares reports to support campaign tracking and evaluation.
• Coordinates employee giving and volunteer engagement activities; serves as main contact for planning and resources.
