Qualifications

• Must interact with a variety of individuals at various levels under stress with sound judgment.
• High school diploma required; 2–3 years in development and/or communications/marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual giving goals aligned with organizational strategy and manage a donor portfolio.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate La Clinica’s annual giving program and donor engagement.
• Design annual giving calendar including appeals, campaigns, and giving societies.
• Create donor experiences and stewardship activities to deepen donors’ connection to the mission.
• Support the gratitude program, gift recognition, and related donor communications.
• Coordinate with Communications and Development for partner communications reflecting donor wishes.
• Lead sponsor solicitation and engagement for key donor and community events.
• Collaborate to plan and execute events with strategy, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the Development Team with project design, community partner engagement, and meeting coordination.
• Track donor activity in Raiser's Edge CRM and complete required reporting.
