Job summary

Planned Parenthood in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Database Manager to oversee donor data in Salesforce. You will ensure data integrity, develop and deploy reports for revenue tracking, and act as the affiliate's Salesforce subject matter expert.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Planning & Budgeting, you will collaborate with the Development team to implement data policies, provide onboarding and training, and support forecasting and grant reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including reports and dashboards.
• Experience with data hygiene, deduping, and data quality practices.
• Experience with donor data analytics or fundraising platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data integrity and lead hygiene efforts.
• Serve as Salesforce SME and CFP representative for data user groups.
• Develop and implement data policies to guide accurate utilization and reporting.
• Provide onboarding and training for new Development staff.
• Support PCI compliance duties as assigned.
