Focus on the Family is seeking a Project Coordinator, Family Advancement in Colorado Springs to support donor engagement projects, event planning, and data management. You will help with donor mailings, research, and ordering communication components while ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce and collaboration with the Communications team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced nonprofit

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of directly related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience using Salesforce and Aprimo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with FA Donor Events preparation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Data Services to verify constituent data for pieces and events.
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce database.
• Track events and mailings in Aprimo project management software.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Family Advancement.
• Place orders for components of donor communications.
• Stay current with Focus on the Family programs and best practices.
