Job summary

Dallas College Foundation is seeking an experienced Manager, Database Operations & Technology to lead Raiser's Edge governance, data integrity, and reporting for fundraising initiatives.

You will partner with the Donor Services team and campus units to deliver analytics, workflows, and training, while advancing data-driven strategies and responsible AI practices across the department.

Hybrid work may be available after six months; travel to off-site locations may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years related work experience.
• Official transcripts are required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to off-site locations.
• Work hours may extend beyond eight hours; some hybrid work may be possible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Foundation database expert for Raiser’s Edge, ensuring data integrity and process improvements.
• Create and maintain detailed database SOPs and workflows related to donor data and related applications.
• Prepare lists and generate ad-hoc and standard analytical, statistical, and financial reports to support fundraising objectives.
• Train users on the technology stack and IT infrastructure (including responsible AI) to ensure secure, compliant use.
• Create and implement moves management tracking across platforms, and recommend strategy improvements.
• Stay current with Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud solutions to optimize operations.
• Complete Dallas College Professional Development hours (19 hours; leadership 16 hours for leaders).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
