Job summary

The Chicago Foundation for Women (CFW) seeks a Manager of Database and Development to oversee Raiser's Edge, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, integrity and long-term health.

This role partners with leadership, the Development team and volunteers to support cultivation and stewardship of donors, driving increased revenue for CFW’s gender equity mission.

Core duties include database management, reporting, segmentation, campaign support, staff training, and vendor liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fundraising databases and ensuring data quality.
• Ability to build and interpret reports to inform fundraising strategies.
• Strong donor stewardship and cultivation experience.
• Experience training staff to use Raiser's Edge and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Raiser's Edge database, queries, reports, and data maintenance.
• Interpret development data to support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance and CDO on reconciliation and giving trends.
• Support annual appeal campaigns with lists and segmentation strategies.
• Train staff on queries, exports, and reporting; audit data entry standards.
