Job summary

Dallas College’s Development Team seeks a Manager, Database Operations & Technology to lead Raiser's Edge data management, processes, and analytics in support of fundraising objectives.

The role partners with the Director, Donor Services to ensure high-quality data governance, reporting, and training across campus units; you will implement moves management, workflows, and integrations to maximize productivity and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Raiser's Edge donor databases.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to train staff on database tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Foundation database expert for Raiser's Edge, ensuring accurate information management and process improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed database SOPs and workflows for donor data and related applications.
• Prepare ad-hoc and standard analytical, statistical, and financial reports and present data in dashboards to support fundraising objectives.
• Train users on Raiser's Edge and related IT infrastructure to ensure responsible use and effective learning materials.
• Create and implement moves management tracking across platforms, aligning with industry best practices.
