Job summary

The Good Food Institute seeks a Donor Operations Coordinator (part-time) to support the Development, Finance, and program teams with gift data in Salesforce. You will respond to ad hoc requests, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure complete, accurate donor records. The role emphasizes service orientation and timely, reliable data handling.

You will also process acknowledgments, assist with imports, and support year-end fundraising. Remote work within the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting fundraising or data-driven teams.
• Experience with data entry in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under interruption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for gift data inquiries from internal teams.
• Triaging and prioritizing competing requests and communicating timelines.
• Enter donor gifts into Salesforce weekly and process third-party fundraiser gifts monthly.
• Review data quality reports and resolve discrepancies before they surface.
