Donor Data Coordinator — Gift Processing & CRM

Job summary

Guadalupe Center is seeking a Database Coordinator to maintain and grow its donor database, ensure accurate gift and contact records, and support the Philanthropy Team and Data Director. Responsibilities include gift entry, acknowledgments, and data management.

The role requires experience with donor databases, excellent data accuracy, and strong customer service skills in a nonprofit setting. Some evenings and regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of development department administration, gift processing, or related database/system operation experience
• Proficient use of donor management databases such as Raiser’s Edge, Donor Perfect or other CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Enter gifts accurately, update donor records, and assign fund accounts and campaigns
• Process gifts and generate gift acknowledgments within 48 hours
• Produce pledge reminders and process tribute notifications
• Handle matching gifts and attach documents to donor records
• Create mailing lists and assist with event registrations as requested
• Respond to donor/payments inquiries with excellent customer service
• Maintain data integrity and support monthly reconciliations of deposits and transfers
