Job summary

ACC Senior Services is seeking a Fund Development Coordinator to serve as the primary administrator of ACC's donor database and CRM systems in Sacramento, CA. You will process gifts, manage donor records, and generate reports to support fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in donor services, fundraising operations, CRM management, or related roles.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems; Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.
• Strong ability to generate, interpret, and present fundraising data and reports.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary administrator for ACC's donor database and CRM systems.
• Maintains accurate donor, prospect, sponsor, and constituent records.
• Processes gifts, pledges, recurring donations, and gifts in kind.
• Generates reports and dashboards to monitor fundraising performance and donor engagement.
• Coordinates donor stewardship communications and timely tax receipts.
• Collaborates with finance, development staff, and volunteers to ensure data integrity.
• Provides training and troubleshooting for database users.
