Job summary

Cradles to Crayons is seeking a Gift Processing Associate to ensure accurate gift administration and high-quality donor data. You will process contributions from various channels, maintain constituent records, and coordinate timely acknowledgements while supporting CRM governance.

Reporting to the Development Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the team to reconcile records with Finance, generate donor reports, and help improve data quality and efficiency in fundraising systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in gift processing or donor data management.
• Experience with CRM systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process charitable gifts accurately into the CRM, including online and offline gifts.
• Maintain donor records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate gift acknowledgements and tax receipts with donors.
• Reconcile fundraising records with Finance and prepare reports.
• Support CRM maintenance and data integrity initiatives.
