Job summary

Pee Dee Coalition is seeking a Donor Database Coordinator to support the Resource Development Team, keeping donor information up to date in E-Tapestry and helping run fundraising campaigns in the counties it serves.

The role involves research, donor communications, and collaboration with the Executive Director and Board to plan events and track outcomes. Requires strong MS Office skills and donor DB experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SC SLED, Sex Offender Registry, and DSS Central Registry clearances.
• Valid SC Driver’s license.
• Experience in resource development.

Responsibilities

• Provide donor prospect research for campaigns and maintain donor profiles.
• Post donations into E-Tapestry and issue thank-you notes the same day.
• Reconcile E-Tapestry with QuickBooks and ensure accuracy after month-end.
• Generate monthly contribution reports by county, program, constituency, and donor.
• Develop materials for fundraising events or campaigns.
• Prepare event/campaign reports tracking income and expenses.
• Research potential funding sources and assist grant proposals.
• Maintain donor data and research news for the database.
