Job summary

Tapestry 360 Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Development Coordinator to support donor database administration, gift processing, and fundraising analytics. You will manage DonorPerfect and other systems, produce reports, and assist with grants and events.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with Finance and Development teams to strengthen donor engagement and support the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Two to four years of nonprofit fundraising, development operations, or donor database administration experience preferred.
• Experience with donor CRM systems such as DonorPerfect, SafeSave, and Auction & Event Solutions (AES).
• Experience processing charitable gifts, performing financial reconciliations, and supporting fundraising events.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with donor information.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to donors, volunteers, and colleagues.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DonorPerfect, SafeSave, AES, and online fundraising platforms.
• Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising best practices and IRS charitable gift regulations.
• Experience supporting a healthcare or nonprofit organization.
• Familiarity with event management software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database records, including donor, gift, pledge, grant, and constituent data with regular audits.
• Process all charitable contributions and generate gift acknowledgments and tax receipts.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data queries to support fundraising activities and leadership reporting.
• Manage online giving platforms and campaign pages; monitor platform issues and support staff fundraising.
• Coordinate operational aspects of fundraising events, including sponsorships, registrations, and post-event reporting.
• Support donor stewardship and donor communications; maintain electronic fundraising files.
