Job summary

Pee Dee Coalition seeks a Resource Development Coordinator to plan and secure annual private giving goals for Chesterfield County, in partnership with the Chapter Board and executive leadership. The role supports donor databases, prospect identification, and donor communications, while helping promote programs and events.

The position emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and effective management of multiple fundraising priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with diverse persons and groups to request financial and in-kind resources.
• Strong leadership, management and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the fundraising plan with goals, objectives and strategies.
• Identify prospective donors and maintain donor contacts and status.
• Promote Coalition programs via social and traditional media.
• Track, report and acknowledge all fundraising communications and donations.
• Provide presentations to community groups and train volunteers.
