The role involves sorting donations, pricing hard goods, and keeping the stockroom and production areas clean and organized while following safety procedures and store policies. A professional appearance and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet customers and donors with a courteous, friendly attitude.
• Ability to receive donations and issue receipts when needed.
• Knowledge of textile/goods classification and basic pricing.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly and professional attitude; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service.
• Receive donations from donors and issue donation receipts; assist with lifting items as needed.
• Sort donations into proper carts or bins and determine quality for processing.
• Sort and price hard goods; assist with stock management and organization.
• Keep production areas and store spaces clean and safe; maintain a neat appearance.
