Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter (Warehouse Associate) for a full-time role in Delray Beach, FL. You will greet donors, unload donations, provide tax receipts, and help sort items while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and donors.

The position offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to engage the community and support Goodwill’s mission, with a standard forty-hour work week and available benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be available days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
