Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany is hiring a Development & Communications Assistant in Albany, NY. The position requires an Associate's degree in marketing or related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of current car insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter donations into the development database.
• Mail donor acknowledgment and thank-you letters.
• Maintain donor records and perform data updates.
• Support donor stewardship activities and communications.
• Assist with database reporting for the Development team.
• Assist in creating communications and marketing materials.
• Support social media and digital campaigns for fundraising.
