Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, Inc. is seeking an Advancement Assistant to support donor engagement and ensure a welcoming, well-organized donor experience.

You will coordinate communications, manage scheduling, and help reflect the care and professionalism at the heart of our mission. This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented team member energized by a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years full-time experience or an Associate's degree with 2+ years experience.
• Experience in a non-profit setting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet guests, and manage the donor email inbox.
• Provide information on donation methods and tax receipts with empathy.
• Coordinate donor visits and manage calendars for gift officers.
• Prepare donor briefing packets with giving history and notes.
• Maintain donor correspondence workflows and scheduling.
