Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead donor engagement, retention, and stewardship initiatives to help meet fundraising goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in development and donor relations, with proficiency in Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office.

• Minimum three years development and donor relations experience.
• Experience with donor engagement and stewardship.

• Monitor giving trends and contribute to strategy for growth and upgrades.
