Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Donor Center Technician I to join our growing team. You will help ensure donor safety, run plasmapheresis procedures, and maintain compliant, clean, organized centers.

Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs, maintaining equipment, monitoring donor conditions, and assisting with training while upholding company values and a strong donor experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Three months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Ability to speak, read, write English required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations, instructions and manuals required.
• Ability to understand verbal instruction required.
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform basic mathematical calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain high production standards and facility compliance.
• Maintain high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and stock supplies to meet production demands.
• Maintain Donor Center equipment per SOPs and manufacturer instructions.
• Monitor donor conditions, ensuring donor safety and plasma product quality.
• Maintain donor confidentiality per company policy and accurate record keeping.
• Perform biohazard waste disposal and clean spills per procedure.
• Assist with training and mentorship of staff; collaborate with Quality Assurance on center performance and improvements.
