Job summary

CSL Plasma in Minneapolis is seeking a Donor Services Associate to welcome donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening steps. You will perform health checks, answer questions, and ensure accurate data entry in the donor information system following SOPs.

Responsibilities include assisting with screening, educating donors about the process and products, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting center operations. Bilingual abilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility.
• Assist donors with screening per SOPs.
• Educate donors on the screening process, tests, appointment system and policies.
