Job summary

CSL Plasma in Bloomington, MN is hiring for a full-time donor center staff member. You will greet donors, guide them through registration and screening, and perform health checks during pheresis.

This role supports donor safety and data integrity while maintaining a clean, compliant center environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some clerical or customer service experience, plus the ability to perform basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months clerical or customer service experience preferred, ideally in medical/health setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures and health history reviews.
• Perform basic health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and ferritin tests as needed.
• Educate new donors on screening, tests, fees, policies, nutrition and donation process.
• Register and transfer donors as required after training.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor safety during/after pheresis and report issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Protect confidentiality of all donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and support team.
• Bilingual skills may be required depending on business needs.
