Job summary

Savealifenow is seeking an in-person Donor Center/Mobile Unit Operator to perform whole blood collection, donor screening, and vital sign checks. The role requires driving between donor sites and ensuring safe handling of donated products.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. A valid driver’s license and DOT-related physicals are required. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required to interact with donors and records.
• Experience in customer service or public interaction in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Phlebotomy knowledge or healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform whole blood collection at donor centers and mobile sites.
• Conduct donor interviews and evaluate donor suitability per SOPs.
• Record donor hemoglobin and vital signs and ensure donor safety.
• Maintain donor information confidentiality and complete post-draw processing.
• Assist with mobile unit setup, equipment checks, and on-vehicle storage.
