Job summary

Savealifenow is seeking a phlebotomist to perform whole blood collection in donor centers and mobile units. You will conduct donor interviews, document vitals, and ensure safe handling of blood products, while maintaining donor confidentiality and customer-focused care.

This role requires a valid MO Class E/KS Class C license, willingness to travel between sites, and flexibility in hours. Heavy lifting is required; DOT physical and driving history must be clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Preferred: healthcare environment and/or phlebotomy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform whole blood collection in donor centers and mobile sites.
• Conduct donor interviews and assess donor suitability.
• Record donor hemoglobin and vital signs; monitor donor progress.
• Handle storage, transport, and packaging of blood products.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information.
• Assist with pre/post-draw setup and post-draw packing for mobile operations.
