Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing others.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise center daily operations per SOPs and communicate performance expectations.
• Facilitate donor movement with Group Leaders to minimize wait times.
• Ensure adequate staffing; monitor time cards, attendance and overtime use.
• Conduct error investigations and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with performance feedback, coaching actions and training file upkeep.
• May assist with recruitment and cross-training in other areas; ensure compliance.
