Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a leader to manage daily donor center operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You will oversee compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP while guiding training, performance, and safety initiatives.

The role includes coordinating CAPA, improving processes, managing schedules and payroll, and partnering with leadership to meet production targets and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year in operations or process management.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred, including recruiting and training.
• Trained in all production areas and able to work in a regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily donor center operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA actions across departments.
• Lead safety, training, and performance management programs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, and shipping of products.
