Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a capable operations leader to manage daily donor center activities and ensure compliance with biosafety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, supervise staff, and drive quality improvements across processes.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with emphasis on safety, precision, and cost control in a fast‑paced setting. This position is on-site at a donor center and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of people management including recruiting, training, etc.
• Experience in fiscal management and budgeting practices preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assist with inspections by regulatory agencies and customers.
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives; identify process optimization opportunities.
• Partner with departments to implement CAPA and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental policies; provide training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment; keep facility clean and maintained.
• Safeguard product and equipment storage integrity; manage unsuitable product and shipments.
• Support fiscal performance by assisting with production goals and inventory management.
• Provide input on employee performance and development; assist with hiring decisions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture; ensure HR policy adherence.
