Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage daily donor center activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards while guiding a team through inspections and continuous improvement efforts.

The role emphasizes CAPA implementation, safety leadership, and collaboration with departments on budgeting and staffing to maintain high-quality operations. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of people management experience including recruiting/training.
• Experience in fiscal management and budgeting practices preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily donor center operations.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP requirements.
• Assist with inspections by regulators and customers.
• Drive process improvements and best practices.
• Lead CAPA activities and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee safety and environmental policies; train staff.
