Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a leader to manage daily donor center operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities, lead inspections, drive CAPA projects, and oversee maintenance and inventory while supporting staffing and performance reviews.

The role emphasizes building a positive, inclusive culture, conducting training, and achieving KPIs. Travel up to 20% may be required depending on center needs.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 12 months relevant experience.
• 1 year of operations or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting and training.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily donor center operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regs (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assist with inspections, audits, CAPA implementation.
• Lead safety programs and environmental policies.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and facility cleanliness.
• Protect product storage and manage shipments and unusable products.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Contribute to performance reviews, hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Foster inclusive culture and HR policy adherence.
• Act as Designated Trainer for on-the-job and certification training.
• Provide leadership through area walkthroughs and productivity support.
• Maintain donor relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff meetings.
• Track KPIs and address deficiencies with leadership.
