Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis, administer approved immunizations and provide limited emergency care as allowed by licensure. You will train others, support QA backups, and ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP.

You will collaborate with physicians, monitor donor safety, and maintain thorough documentation while supporting workforce development in a fast-paced plasma center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related program and valid CPR certification.
• Current state license/certification as Physician, RN, LPN, EMT, or as allowed by state.
• One year of experience in hospital, field care, or plasma center settings preferred.
• Willingness to work day/evening/weekend/holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donors' eligibility via medical history, assessments and informed consent per SOPs.
• Document donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Provide limited emergency care and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Consult with center physician regarding abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Train as a Donor Center Technician I and support QA backups.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to keep a donor-focused environment.
