Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a Donor Center Technician I to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis under SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

You will administer approved immunizations, document records, and provide limited emergency care within licensure, while ensuring cGMP compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing donor history, immunization status, and test results in NexLynk, and collaborating with the center physician to address abnormal findings and donor safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program.
• Current state license/certification as applicable (RN/LPN/EMT or equivalent).
• CPR certification and ability to perform within licensed scope.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews and physical assessments.
• Review donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Provide limited emergency care as permitted by licensure and SOPs.
• Consult with center physician regarding abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Mentor staff and support QA backup when needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
