The role requires knowledge of plasma center operations, SOP/cGMP compliance, and regulatory guidelines, with duties in training and mentoring to support workforce development.

Qualifications

• Evaluate donor eligibility via medical history and physical assessments.
• Maintain donor records and immunization/test results in NexLynk.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, CLIA and cGMP regulations.
• Provide care within licensure and undergo ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews and consent discussions.
• Review and document donor information and test results in the donor system.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care as trained.
• Consult with center physician on abnormal results and immunization orders.
• Maintain documentation such as logs and eligibility assessments.
• Train as Donor Center Technician I and act as QA backup when needed.
• Mentor and train new Medical Professionals as a designated trainer.
• Support center compliance with SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to maintain an efficient, donor-focused environment.
