Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking a Center Manager in Van Nuys, CA to lead a Plasma Collection Center and ensure efficient daily operations. The role drives staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance while meeting production targets within approved budgets.

You will supervise a team, manage training and performance, and collaborate with regional management to optimize center performance and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Prior management experience, preferably supervising a group of 20+ employees.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as general manager for a Plasma Collection Center and oversee center operations.
• Meet quarterly goals, staffing/hours targets, CPL, and KPI targets.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain ethics, integrity, and high production standards.
• Manage training and quality goals, implement process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets with regional management and monitor financial records and costs.
• Coordinate donor relations and public relations to attract and retain donors.
• Support leadership with strategic planning and risk management.
