Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes seeks an ADC Donor Greeter to welcome donors, process donations, and maintain a neat, safe environment at the donation center. You will sort and prepare items for shipping to stores, assist with stocking as needed, and provide exceptional customer service.

The role requires openness to working weekends and holidays and a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in bringing donations inside.
• Record donations using daily tracking methods.
• Sort, test, and clean items for quality and processing.
• Label equipment and assist in loading/unloading merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and provide friendly service.
