Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a friendly Donor Greeter for our Cicero donation site. You will assist customers with donations, greet them, and help maintain a safe, neat, and organized donation area.

The role involves sorting donations, labeling equipment, loading and unloading at trucks, and collaborating with team to deliver excellent service. High school diploma or GED preferred; retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in bringing donations inside.
• Sort donations into proper equipment for processing and transportation.
• Label all equipment clearly.
• Load and unload merchandise and equipment onto/off trucks; follow safety procedures.
• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Keep store neat and organized (vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, floors).
• Contribute ideas to the team and communicate with management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
