Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors, assist with donations at the door, and sort items for processing. You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized donation area and label equipment as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), prior retail experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be part of a friendly team focused on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in bringing donations inside.
• Sort donations into proper equipment for processing and transportation.
• Label equipment appropriately.
• Assist in loading/unloading merchandise and equipment onto/off trucks as needed and ensure safety.
• Greet customers warmly and maintain professional service etiquette.
• Keep store donation area neat, clean and organized.
• Contribute ideas to store team and communicate with management as needed.

Education
