Job summary

Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking a Donor, Audience & Board Concierge to join the Advancement and Revenue team. You will serve as a primary contact for donors, subscribers, Board members, and other stakeholders, delivering personalized service and coordinating concierge benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of two years in nonprofit roles preferred.
• Experience delivering high-touch donor/customer service and coordinating benefits/events.
• Experience with Tessitura or Prospect2 CRM preferred.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Interest in performing arts preferred.
• PA driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for donors, subscribers, and Board members with timely, personalized service.
• Coordinate donor benefits: tickets, parking, invitations, programs, signage, RSVPs, etc.
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship activities and related initiatives.
• Provide on-site support for Board meetings: catering, materials, and welcoming members.
• Support events with Events Manager: planning, guest experience, on-site execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate sponsorship and event materials.
• Coordinate solicitation, tracking, and fulfillment of auction donations and in-kind contributions.
• Maintain accurate Tessitura records of interactions and moves management activity.
• Assist with audience- and donor-facing activities as needed.
