Confluence Theater of Pittsburgh is seeking a strategic Audience Acquisition Manager to join the Advancement and Revenue team. The role blends creative marketing with data-driven insights to attract single-ticket buyers and subscribers while diversifying the audience base.

Reporting to Marketing Director, you will lead initiatives to expand accessibility-focused audiences and growth in group sales and education audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, nonprofit management, arts administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in audience development, marketing, or community engagement.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience building relationships with community organizations and diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing platforms (Tessitura/Prospect2) and email marketing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop audience acquisition and subscriber renewal campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
• Supervise the Education Marketing & Group Sales Specialist and support education marketing and outreach.
• Develop loyalty strategies to move patrons from first-time buyers to repeat attendees and donors.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships to expand reach among new and underrepresented audiences.
• Collaborate with Development to deepen engagement and long-term audience value.
• Track and report key audience growth and retention metrics.
