Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to enhance store profitability by efficiently processing donations and pricing items for the floor and e-commerce. This role supports skill growth while contributing to our mission in the community.

On-site position in Madison, WI. Training will cover safe operation of equipment and adherence to 5S standards, with a focus on customer and donor service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers per guidelines
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value
• Meet production goals: 15 minutes from door to floor or 1 SL rack per hour
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Assist with taking in donations or stocking product as needed
