Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to maximize store profitability by efficiently processing donations, sorting items, and pricing for both in-store and online channels.

You will identify valuable items, meet production goals, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while providing excellent customer service to shoppers and donors alike.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best pricing.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in-store or online.
• Meet production goals: process donations within specified times.
• Coordinate with material handler to move product and manage salvage containers.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
