Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to support store profitability by efficiently sorting and pricing donations. You will help create a fresh, fully stocked store while following safety and 5S guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork, with responsibilities including item categorization, price determination, and collaboration with the team to maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash using quality standards.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in store or via e-commerce.
• Meet 1 touch production goals: HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Coordinate with material handler to bring product and manage salvage containers.
• Greet customers on floor and donors in donation center.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Work the process producing primary donations and back-up to take in donations or put out product.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
