Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is hiring a Production Associate to maximize store profitability by efficiently processing donations, sorting items for pricing, and supporting e-commerce channels. You will help maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering friendly service to customers and donors on the sales floor and donation center.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to 5S and safety guidelines, and flexibility to provide back-up support for donations and product placement

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash
• Identify brands and high value items to maximize store value
• Meet production goals from donation to floor in 15 minutes or per hour rack
• Assist with communicating with material handler and maintain clean work area
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors
