Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin in Verona, WI is seeking a Production Associate to help maximize store profitability through efficient donation processing, sorting, and pricing. You will support e-commerce, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and engage with customers and donors on the sales floor and donation center.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must be 18 years or older to operate power equipment
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash
• Determine pricing type (unit price or better/best) using guidelines
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize store value
• Meet 1-touch production goals: HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour
• Coordinate with material handler to bring product and manage salvage containers
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Support back-up to take in donations or put out product as assigned
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors
