Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a store team member responsible for greeting donors, sorting donations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role supports pricing and selection teams, follows safety guidelines, and contributes to daily production goals in a welcoming store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Quickly and efficiently moves donors through the donation process and asks for assistance when necessary.
• Maintains work station in a clean, organized and safe conditions.
• Handles donations/products in accordance with donation guidelines.
• Provides material handling assistance to support the merchandise pricing and selection team.
• Follows processing guidelines. Receives and sorts donations and purchased goods.
• Consistently meets or exceeds production goals.
• Creates a high level of customer service throughout the store.
• Ensures donors follow unloading donation process while providing excellent customer service.
• Greets, assists and thanks customers while meeting their needs in a timely manner.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with other employees to foster a cooperative and inclusive climate.
• Ensures customer concerns and complaints are handled to customers satisfaction.
• Projects a favorable image of Goodwill Central Texas at all times.
• Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives.
• Uses PPE and participates in safety meetings and drills.
• Works to reduce workers' compensation incidents and customer accidents.
• Uses proper lifting techniques and operates power equipment with certification.
