Goodwill Central Texas is hiring for a store operations role responsible for receiving donated goods and delivering excellent customer service to donors. The position involves sorting donations, following guidelines, and supporting the merchandise pricing and selection team to meet daily production goals.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, assisting donors through the process, and upholding safety procedures.

• Provide material handling support to the pricing and selection team.
• Consistently meet or exceed production goals.
• Support a welcoming customer service environment for donors and shoppers.
